KARTOKS PLASTİK (Kartoks Karton Kağıt Plastik Ltd. Şti.) recycles plastics at its facility in Malkara, Tekirdağ and produces tarpaulins, pallet covers, floor protection covers, PE rolls, PE shrink rolls, safety barrier curtains, plastic fences, garbage bags, bubble wrap and stretch film.

02Recycling Process
From waste to raw material — a controlled transformation in five steps.
Collection
Cardboard, paper and plastic waste is collected at the source with planned logistics and accepted into the facility.
Sorting
Materials are sorted by polymer type, colour and quality; foreign matter is removed.
Washing
Shredded material is washed clean of dirt, labels and residue, then dried.
Preparation
Cleaned material is prepared for extrusion, keeping moisture and blend ratios under control.
Granule Production
Raw material granulated by extrusion is tested batch by batch, packed and prepared for shipment.
